How It Works
This tele consultation service is provided through online meetings. Our customer relations manager will get in touch with you on WhatsApp, and you will be provided available time slots of our doctors. Choose a time slot and pay the required charges as instructed. We will join you on an online meeting with the doctor where you can easily consult from them. If we couldn't connect you with the doctor in the chosen time slot, we will give you options to reschedule the appointment or return the fees.
